Shipping and Payment Terms

Here's an overview of our shipping conditions:

Standard shipping within Germany:
Within Germany, orders over €40 ship free! For orders under €40, a flat shipping fee of €4.50 applies. In-stock products ship within 1 to 3 business days, depending on the order total, plus the transit times of the respective carrier.

Standard shipping to EU countries:
For standard shipping, a flat fee of €9.90 applies. The flat shipping rate applies to each listed country. In-stock products are delivered within approximately 2 weeks, depending on the order total.

Standard shipping to Switzerland, Norway and the United Kingdom:
For standard shipping, a flat fee of €16.50 applies. In-stock products are delivered within approximately 2 weeks, depending on the order total.

Standard international shipping:
We ship to all other countries by request only. If you're located in a country not listed here, please send us an order request at info@hirschglueck.de.

Shipping carriers:
As soon as you place an order with us, we get to work and process it as quickly as possible. We usually ship with GLS and DHL — fast, safe and reliable!

Returns

You can cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. Once your return has arrived back with us, it will be carefully inspected. After the inspection, you'll receive a refund to the payment method you chose at checkout. This can take up to 10 days. We appreciate your understanding and thank you for your patience. Return shipping is always at the buyer's expense. If you have any questions about returns, you can contact us anytime at info@hirschglueck.de.

Domestic & International Shipping:
Depending on order volume, there may unfortunately be delays in the processing and shipping process — we ask for your understanding. The standard delivery times of the respective shipping companies apply. Unfortunately, no claims can be made for longer shipping times caused by the carrier.

Payment options:
You have the option to pay by advance payment (bank transfer). We do not offer any other payment methods in our B2B area. After your order is received, you'll get an invoice that is due for payment. Shipping takes place only after payment has been received.

How does payment by credit card work?
To make online payments even more secure, entering a card verification number is required for credit card payments. For Euro/Mastercard, you'll find the three-digit sequence in the upper right on the signature strip. After entering your credit card details, you'll be redirected to a secure page of your bank. There, provided your bank participates in the 3D Secure procedure, you'll need to enter your 3D security code, which you can create during the ordering process or in advance on your bank's website.

Are my data transmitted securely?
We place the highest importance on your security when it comes to payments. Your details are of course transmitted only in encrypted form, so that third parties cannot read them. Your credit card payment is processed by a specially security-certified partner.
